The
Sinclair Sovereign was the great man's last attempt at pushing a red LED
calculator onto the market. It dates from 1977. The angle
for this model was quality. It is certainly a well put together
piece of equipment and this example is in perfect working order.
It was available in silver as seen here, black, gold plate and there
were even a couple made in solid gold.
An engraved silver model was made to celebrate the Queen's silver jubilee. After the Sinclair Executive we think that the Sovereign is the most sought after calculator of all.
