many people Clive Sinclair will be famous for three
things. His C5 electric car, his computers and his
calculators.
Sir
Clive's innovative and ground-breaking Executive was, and
still is a startling piece of design. Today it is
sought after by collectors of famous designs and is often
found going for a few hundred pounds at the big auction
houses.
It was
the calculator for the masses that brought Sinclair fame -
the Cambridge range. Equally well designed as the
Executive but more within the reach of the common
man. A rare sight nowadays and a sure-fire
